Andy Meyer has been specializing in concrete and metal buildings for over a decade. Andy grew up in a farming/ag community. His ag connection and knowing firsthand what was important to rural communities is a huge asset when marrying into a Ag Construction Family in 2005. Andy thrives in long lasting relationships and works hard to serve the current generation of Ag families as well as future generations, making sure all their Ag Construction needs are met.
Apart from managing Greenland Construction, Andy is a hardworking father of 3, an active member supporting his local community, whether by coaching youth football & basketball or helping with community activities. Andy is also a member of the Chief Industries Builder Advisory Council. This unique position allows him to provide Chief Industries with feedback from builders and customers across the nation.

As the daughter of the founders of Greenland Construction Sheila grew up in the Ag Construction Business. From cleaning tools, roofing and pouring cement to running the company, Sheila has done it all at Greenland Construction.
As an Arcadia native Sheila brings knowledge, expertise, and lasting relationships. Sheila cares about making a difference as a leader. Prioritizing the individual needs of the crew and each of our clients in order to succeed.
Apart from her leadership role in Greenland Construction, Sheila is a mother of 3 and she manages her band, The Sheila Greenland Band. Shelia is continually learning and stretching in personal/mindset growth to better serve her team, family, and community.
